So I am still in a doll phase. Did a body of work trying to work with it. Photoshoots at the beach with mermaid dolls, the park with more normal ones. Went to swap meets and garage sales trying to find ones that had their hair trimmed, face painted, etc. Hung Barbies on the Christmas tree for qu…
There is a portrait shoot of Boot in various poses. The photo's were used to make a holder with photographs front and side. I was in full respect the artifact (doll) mode.
Admired the doll but had trouble liking it, despite the flexibility, obvious strength. Knew a person once that Boots reminded me of, not comfortable with how I had let things stand at our last meeting. Regret not being in contact now. Nikki? Still around? Have you lived the good life?
Now in the private collection of Joshua, his daughter gets a kick out of it.
