I have long wondered, The person doing this research is looking for updates and more information if you know anything.  This seems to be a huge Californian standing debt because of moral issues and legally binding but ignored treaties.  I posted it here so if lost I could find it again. No idea how to use this in my art... just want to keep it in front of me and think about it.
