3 or so days ago, while stringing Christmas lights (finally)* on my house, the ladder tipped sideways and I flew 3ft sideways over the gravel and 3ft down onto pavers, right side shoulder to toe. Lots of pain, learned how to crawl inch at a time using only my left side. After 20 minutes or so Rikki arrived home to find me lying at the front door.* With Maria's help he got me into a chair. Tried to stand up and go to the car with Rikki and the neighbors help. Could not move from a standing position. Called an ambulance and was taken to Grossmont Emergency***
